Terms of service

By creating an account on Betsprinter you agree that you are at least 18 years old (or the legal age in your jurisdiction), that you understand Betsprinter is an information service, and that you accept the disclaimer in full.

Public API — usage and attribution

Betsprinter publishes a free, read-only API at https://api.betsprinter.com/v1 (path alias /api/public/v1/) for fixtures, AI picks, and league top-scorers. See the API docs for the full contract.

The API is offered under the following terms, in addition to the rest of these terms of service:

  • Attribution. Any republication, embed, blog post, dashboard, or other public surface that uses data from the API must include a visible link back to Betsprinter using the sentence “Data via Betsprinter” or an equivalent variation that links to https://betsprinter.com with standard rel-following attributes.
  • Rate limits. Anonymous requests are throttled to 60 per minute per IP. Authenticated requests with a valid VIP API key are throttled to 600 per minute per key. Exceeding these limits returns HTTP 429 with a Retry-After header. Sustained or coordinated attempts to bypass rate limits constitute abuse and may result in your keys being revoked without notice.
  • Data scope. The API exposes fixture, league, team, and player data sourced from SportMonks, plus AI picks computed by Betsprinter’s calibrated model. Bookmaker prices (best odds, edge, bookmaker name) are intentionally not redistributed via this API; consult bookmakers directly for current quotes.
  • No warranty. The API is provided “as is” with no warranty of accuracy, completeness, latency, or uptime. Betsprinter is an information service and decisions made on the basis of API responses are the sole responsibility of the consumer.
  • Commercial use. Non-commercial use (research, blog posts, hobby projects, education) is free. For commercial use that significantly exceeds the published rate limits or rebrands the data, contact us to discuss a commercial agreement.
  • Revocation. Betsprinter reserves the right to revoke any API key at any time, with or without notice, for abuse, attribution violations, terms-of-service violations, or operational reasons.
